Upon successful years of continued collaboration with us, our partner are increasing their team in Lithuania. They are the largest e-book publishers worldwide providing top-notch educational content for both students and businesses, that sharpen emotional, intellectual and business skills.

You will join a team of 8 members in Lithuania who are on-boarding new clients and delivering effective outbound client support. Moreover, you will have to establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client, understand their strategic goals and develop plans to achieve those goals. Responsibilities:
●On-boarding new clients;
●Delivering effective outbound telephone-based client support;
●Ensuring clients get value from services;
●Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client;
●Understand client strategic goals;
●Develop plans to achieve those goals;
●Maximize customer satisfaction and retention;
●Advocate customer needs cross-departmentally to resolve queries/issues;

●Previous experience in B2B customer service, account management or customer success role;
●Track record of managing a high number of accounts simultaneously;
●You take initiative, own processes, and work independently as required;
●You are highly organised with the ability to multitask and to both finish short-term projects and to manage ongoing long-term strategies;
●Strong level of communication, negotiation and influencing skills across all levels of seniority;
●Fluency in English is crucial for this role;
