This job requires relocation to Hudiksvall, Sweden. No worries, our team will do the best to help you to relocate, set up locally and adapt to Scandinavian lifestyle & culture.
Responsibilities:
- Provide an extraordinary Customer Experience by addressing inquiries using different channels (telephone, email, internet – could be more in the future);
- Assist customers in gaining the most value from their MONITOR ERP System;
- Identify additional opportunities for MONITOR solutions to benefit the customer's business needs;
- Document each customer contact using our support system in a clear, concise, and understandable format;
- Bring up unresolved customer issues with all pertinent information included, to appropriate resources.
Requirements
- You are a university degree holder with 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing or finance;
- Strong in verbal and written communication skills including the ability to actively listen, and ask important probing questions;
- You shall able to learn and apply system knowledge easily, work within defined policy and procedures, and use standardized tools and technology to perform job functions;
- Your native language is Lithuanian, you speak Russian fluently and communicate easily in English.
