Customer Support Associate - Investor Relations (French)

Job Description

Your every day mission is Investor Relations professionals work more effectively and efficiently.  Your role in our Investor Relations Helpdesk is strongly based on team work. You will be responsible for supporting our international Investor Relations client base. For this purpose, a number of tools will be used in your daily workflow, allowing you to carry out support activities aimed at helping Investor Relations professionals make the best use of our web based application.

Your duties:

Your every day mission will be helping the IR community work more effectively and efficiently by leveraging our tools
You will support our clients through live chat, telephone and e-mail
You will collaborate closely with other teams within Nasdaq
You will become an expert in our Nasdaq IR Insight platform and acquire working understanding of other related offerings

Requirements

  • Education Required: Degree qualified in Business/Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience Required: 0 to 2 years

You are a service-minded and client-focused experienced team player with a highly professional attitude towards your work. In order to effectively deal with the numerous requests on a day-to-day basis, you would need to meet the following qualifications:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
  • Customer service experience, preferably with international clients and in an international context (consulting, support, project management or similar)
  • Very good IT user skills and comfortable using business tools
  • Reliable and professional, decisive, stress-resistant, comfortable speaking with clients at all levels, able to cope with heavy workload and quick to act
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Able to multitask
  • Eager to learn beyond the immediate remit
  • Available to work in shifts (between 7:00 and 18.00 CET)
