Job Description

Your role:
• Result-driven proactive global customer support in matching and exceeding customer expectations;
• Up-selling additional products and services to existing and new customers;
• Communication with a network of suppliers in structuring and delivering the needed customer solutions;
• Preparation of commercial proposals and customer agreements, processing the orders;
• Arranging logistics services, managing post-sales process, monitoring customer payments;
• Expansion of customer and supplier network;
• Other daily tasks.

Requirements

What we expect:
• Superior levels of self-motivation, flexibility, and responsibility;
• Natural sense of openness, partnership, and integrity with customers and associates;
• Sense of humor and enthusiasm to tackle any complicated work situation;
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Russian languages;
• Strong attention to detail and numerical literacy;
• At least 2-4 years of checkable work history since graduation;
• Proficiency in computer use;
• Technical or logistics education or work experience will be considered an advantage.
