Customer Support Manager

Get Ready To

• Manage the team of 5-10 customer service specialists working worldwide;
• Provide excellent customer support via email, control the quality of team replies and strive for improvements; 
• Monitor and report on customers’ feedback, share with the Product Lead and the Head of Customer Service which you will be reporting to;
• Be a part of the fast-growing company and deal with challenges that it brings;
• Make unhappy customers happy and happy ones – even happier!

We Expect You To

• Have fluent English both written and spoken/ another language is a plus ( Spanish/ French/ German/ Italian/ Portuguese/ Norwegian/ Swedish/ Russian/ Arabic – you name it, we’ll need it);
• Have previous experience in Customer Service and team management (email support, live chat);
• Have perfect time management skills (we offer remote supporter position with in-house training only);
• Have knowledge/ interest in the health & wellness industry (it’s a plus!);
• Have common sense;
• You are a team player and love helping people!
• Never kill the vibe.
