Job Description

Ferratum is now looking for highly motivated and result oriented CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER to join our team in VILNIUS, LITHUANIA.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing effective, polite, friendly and professional customer service by phone and online,
  • Selling products offered by Ferratum Group,
  • Processing customer loan applications,
  • Paying out loans,
  • Maximize every sales opportunity,
  • Performing other day-to-day customer service tasks as per need. 

Requirements

  • Good teamwork ability,
  • Customer service oriented mindset;
  • Good written, oral and reading communication skills in Lithuanian,
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel),
  • Ability to read, write and speak English,
  • Good ability to organize your work,
  • Experience in customer service area would be beneficial.
