Ferratum is now looking for highly motivated and result oriented CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER to join our team in VILNIUS, LITHUANIA.

Responsibilities:
- Providing effective, polite, friendly and professional customer service by phone and online,
- Selling products offered by Ferratum Group,
- Processing customer loan applications,
- Paying out loans,
- Maximize every sales opportunity,
- Performing other day-to-day customer service tasks as per need.
Requirements
- Good teamwork ability,
- Customer service oriented mindset;
- Good written, oral and reading communication skills in Lithuanian,
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel),
- Ability to read, write and speak English,
- Good ability to organize your work,
- Experience in customer service area would be beneficial.
