Job Description

As a team member of Vilnius Center of Excellence you are a service minded team player with a strong client focus and you will be responsible for services that span through different products in our global Public Relations and Investor Relations client base. With your local colleagues as well as with other stakeholders within NASDAQ around the globe you will handle diverse client related projects and requests both in client facing and back-office activities.     

Different software and internal applications are used on a daily basis for these purposes. Telephone and email are the main tools for client interaction. In addition to developing your communication skills you will become an expert in handling a set of different innovative tools, which will require your strong affinity towards computer and software usage.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Provide support for different press release distribution tools, help clients prepare, format and distribute their announcements.  
  • Publish press releases and financial reports on behalf of clients when required. 
  • Perform regulatory filings in the different European markets we support.  
  • Participate and adhere to our onboarding workflows, ensure new clients are properly vetted and users are individually identified and authenticated prior to being permitted access to the application while meeting agreed turnaround times.
  • Be a part of our 24/7/365 support model, participate in shift rotation and on call coverage on weekends and holidays. 
  • Monitor press release distribution in real time. Troubleshoot, escalate or resend in case releases fail to hit outlets.  
  • Maintain excellent operational relationship with stock exchanges, regulators, partners and news outlets.

Requirements

  • Experience in a client-facing position within the last five years. Experience in support of complex products will be considered an advantage.  
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.  
  • University degree.  
  • Ready to work flexible hours and in shifts, as team provides 24/7 support.  
  • Strong affinity towards working with software applications and very good IT user skills.
