Customer Support Specialist (German Required)

Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, your main responsibility will be to answer our clients calls via phone and email in such a way assisting them in placing orders in German language. You will also be entering calling reasons and client data as well as arranging callbacks.

 

Your daily work day will look like

  • Answering inbound calls in a professional and helpful manner
  • Assisting customers by providing information
  • Entering client data and arranging further actions

Requirements

  • Willingness to have direct contact with customers
  • German proficiency (B2)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Process oriented team player
