As a key team player by supporting operations as needed you will:

• Attend to customer questions, complains and concerns immediately, and facilitation satisfactory resolution.
  
• Manage of telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
  
• Follow systems and procedures outlined in company manuals.
  
• Understand and appropriately use the company pricing system and policies.
  
• You will spend the majority of your working time on the phone or e-mails.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and in Norwegian language;
  
• Energy and willingness to the best!
  
• Outstanding verbal, written and listening skills;
  
• Customer service experience;
  
• Computer literacy;
