Customer Support Specialist

You will be responsible for:

• Answering cutomer inquiries via different communication channels;
• Educating customers regarding company products and services;
• Dealing with inbound / outbound calls;
• Sending requests to the clients and handling the documents received from clients;
• Managing data in the internal system;
• Presenting ideas on how to improve customer service processes to the Management.

• Very good verbal and written skills in English;
• German, Polish, Russian or any other European language will be considered as an advantage.
