Job Description

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Providing support for Western Union’s customers, agents and/or service associates
  • Ensuring quality in data processing, data entry, record updates
  • Performing high complexity duties (large amounts of data processed, setting up accounts & records in systems)
  • Back office work may be part of the role


Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to take ownership to positively influence company’s performance
  • Organization and prioritization skills
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Additional European language is a plus (Spanish/Italian/French/German)
  • Ability to adapt quickly and to demonstrate a flexible approach
