Customer Support Superviser

Our client is a Denmark-based company providing the online food-ordering solution. The company, mostly powered by young people with “let’s do it” mindset, is one of the most promising start-ups in its field and is growing very quickly. Take your part in its journey by becoming a team leader of their data-entry team, based in Lithuania!
We are looking for a person who will lead a virtually-working data-entry team. You will be the main point of contact between the client and the team, and your main goal will be to ensure smooth work and quality of the job done by the team.

Responsibilities:
Project and divide the workload between the team members.
Set weekly and monthly KPIs and ensure they are met.
Keep track of the ongoing tasks and ensure they are done before the deadline.
Constant communication and collaboration with a client, ensuring a smooth transition of updates and changes from the client to the team.
Working together with a client on data-entry process improvements.
QA of tasks done.
Providing training for the new team members.
Preparing monthly reports.

Very good analytical and logical thinking.
Exceptional attention to details.
Quality-oriented approach.
Ability to organize your and team’s work in an efficient and time-saving manner.
Strong communication skills and the ability to keep track of a team working virtually.
Proficient English language skills (both verbal and written)
Strong sense of responsibility
Ability to work from 9 AM to 6 PM
