Get Ready To

  • Manage the team of 5-10 customer service specialists working worldwide;
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided via live chat, email and phone support;  
  • Be proactive - implement best practices and improve processes;
  • Monitor and report on customers’ feedback to the Product Lead and Customer Service Operations Manager which you will be reporting to;
  • Have a vision. You will be responsible for creating quarterly roadmaps for your team; 
  • Be a part of the fast-growing company and deal with challenges that it brings;
  • Make unhappy customers happy and happy ones – even happier.

We Expect You To

  • Have fluent English both written and spoken/ another language is a plus ( Spanish/ French/ German/ Italian/ Portuguese– you name it, we’ll need it);
  • Have previous experience in Customer Service and team management (email support/ live chat/ phone support)
  • Have perfect time management skills (you will manage your own team and work alongside product team);
  • Take ownership - you will be the driver of your team’s performance! 
  • Have knowledge/ interest in the health & wellness industry (it’s a plus!);
  • You are a team player and love helping people!
  • Never kill the vibe.
