Data Analyst (Python-R)

• Supporting business partners in sales, marketing and product development departments to better data-driven decision making
• Analysis of sales promotion and customer retention campaigns: identification of the right customer group, selection of communication channels, testing, analysis and interpretation of results
• Creating reports and presenting results for a wider team
• Step by step improving Automatization of data analysis process
• Modelling: creating and validating efficient data models for sales and marketing efficiency, pricing, user behavior and much much more
• Living by the motto: "no new idea should be left unspoken".

• Proficiency of conventional and advanced data analytics tools. Good knowledge of Python, SQL or R is a must
• BS / MS in a field related to Data Science (Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics), or a closely related quantitative field
• Ability to design conceptual and logical data models from both structured and unstructured commercial data
• Ability to present complex information in an easy to understand manner
• Confident communication with stakeholders of all levels including the ability to advise-and support - where necessary
• Have analytical mind, attention to detail and inclination for problem-solving, passionate about analytics
• Have Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
