DATA ANALYST - STATISTICIAN

The role will involve:

• Data analysis, interpretation of results using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports.
• Providing objective, graphical and descriptive information about quality data, clear and concise summarized data, trending reports, and statistical rationales.
• Identification of issues and suggesting processes improvements
• Collaboration and analytical reports communication to Design, Technical, Production, Validation, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Quality Control departments
• Design and management of experiments and trials to produce required data
• Creation of analytical reports for management review and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor degree in statistics, mathematics or similar
• Strong analytical and computational skills
• Ability to influence interested parties and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Clear understanding of statistical terms and concepts
• Ability to apply statistical theories and methods to solve practical problems
• Written and oral communication skills in English and Lithuanian
• Ability to communicate results and findings to non-statisticians
• Good interpersonal skills to work as part of a team
• Ability to work alone and within teams.

PREFERRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of reporting tools and statistical software
• Previous work experience in data analysis, statistics or a related field
• Consultancy skills.
