We are looking for a Data Analyst, who is ready to ensure that the optimal capacity is planned and launched so that capital and resources are deployed efficiently and Danske Bank’s operations will work as smoothly as possible in a high growth environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create the system how to collect the data from different departments to one place (use API or create a process and coordinate implementation);
- Analyze the Data and create reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) with the trends for a Capacity Manager;
- Develop the collaboration strategy between teams to optimize forecasting process and results;
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs;
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- University education degree (Mathematics; Statistics or similar).
- Working experience in a Data Analyst, BI, Data Scientist position.
- Understanding of Python, R, SQL, Spark, Splunk;
- Good English skills (written and spoken).
- Good analytical skills and accuracy, problem solving skills.
- Working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and have an ability to multitask and prioritise workload appropriately.
