Duties & Responsibilities
CRM and ETMS (sales analysis tools) support
Ensure that CRM and ETMS databases are aligned - monitor changes and improve data quality
Baltic CRM data management – users, territories, targeting
Maintain data consistency in CRM databases
Coordinate with Nordic BI manager to ensure common CRM report view
Analysis and reporting
Ensure regular sales force activities (CRM) tracking and analysis to the organization
Answer any ad-hoc requests related to ETMS and Sales data.
Provide calculations for Sales reps bonuses. Verify and confirm.
Sales and prescription data
Extract and upload sales and prescription data from various data bases
Provide sales analysis upon request form BO&S and the GBU’s
Support with data related to budgeting, brand planning and prioritization exercices.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language
Strong analytical skills
Excellent skills of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to quickly understand and apply new IS tools
Ability to work transversally across departments and countries
Knowledge of SQL and VB coding
Language requirements: English and preferably Russian
Qualifications
Demonstrate a proactive attitude engaged in the business performance
Structured with a good sense of details
Experience in Coordinating Business Processes
Listen to customer needs with the ability to challenge them and execute accordingly
Pharma market related experience
>5 years overall experience in field of ITS preferred
Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Experience working with CRM tools
Experience with other relational databases, BI reporting and data discovery tools is required
Experience in programming and coding (SQL, VB)
