Data operator

1. Invoice administration process provision:
• invoice data input, processing, analysis
• invoice payment data processing, input and maintenance
• invoice preparation and generation
• data exchange with the accounting system
• report preparation
2. Route list administration
• client consultation
• route list processing
• report preparation
3. Substitution for colleagues during their absence – annual leave, business trips, sick leave, etc.
4. To perform other duties as required by management.

• Secondary education/ Higher education
• Experience in invoice processing and administration and/or accounting
• Fluent Lithuanian, English (not lower than Intermediate level), preferably Russian language knowledge
• Experience in finance and/or accounting
• Experience working with resource management systems
• Good office program and database skills
• Technical knowledge about vehicles
• Planning and organizational skills
• Teamwork skills
• Dependability, reliability, responsibility
• Valid driving license.
