Delivery coordinator

Steel tube stockholder located in
Newport, South Wales.
Company's business is selling material which they have processed in a number of ways such as cutting to length,threading, painting etc

The successful candidate will need to be computer literate,
Have good communication skills as they would be talking to customers
regarding deliveries, be able to work with numbers and
have the ability to work as part of a team.They must be honest a good
time keeper and prepared to work overtime when required
at short notice.

The following is a list of jobs which candidate would be
performing on a daily basis:
Planning delivery schedule.
Processing - Saw / Threading priorities.
Sales order entry.
Raising despatch notes.
Booking in material.
Stock control.
Issuing test certificates.
Issuing works orders.
Ordering works consumables.
Dealing with complaints procedures.
Chasing incoming orders with suppliers.
General filing associated with above.

Salary offered: 11000 GBP per annum
