My name is Agnė Sokienė, and I am proudly heading Enterprise Enablement team within Telia IT. The Enterprise Enablement unit focus on HR & IT Services consolidation across the countries while keeping evolving and maintaining quality across our installed base. Strong engagement with our business stakeholders and partners is key to secure best in class performances. As we continue forward, we are now going to recruit a Delivery Manager, responsible for managing and controlling development, delivery and handover to operations for Future IT transformation (primarily: stream „Managing IT like digital business“ to enable GRC digitalization, Application Portfolio Management and various improvements in Employee request fulfilment area). This position is in Telia Global Services Lithuania. Telia Global Services Lithuania is the competency hub for Telia Company, delivering products and services in IT, network, analytics, procurement, HR and finance operations.

Establish and decompose the defined scope to clear goals that are aligned with business objectives;
Secure resources and right level of authority to ensure that the delivery can be executed from start to end with the right competence and according to time, budget and functionality;
Lead internal team and suppliers in their work, provide feedback and remove obstacles when needed;
Communicate & report progress with various stakeholders.
Secure that the delivered result can be implemented without unnecessary disturbance in the business;

Your experience:
For this position, we are looking for someone with Business and IT experience in the areas relevant for the position, with business acumen and good understanding of the strategic and tactical issues within the IT-services sector. You can manage complex environments and proactively respond to issues in an innovative yet structured approach and integrity. Furthermore:
Able to organize work in situations with lot of ambiguities;
Foster a sense of energy, ownership and personal commitment to the work;
5+ years change management experience in IT (project manager, delivery manager, RTE or similar)
Good understanding of IT technologies (functional and architectural structure of IT systems)
Have ability to manage complex environments and proactively respond to issues in an innovative yet structured approach and integrity
ITIL and Agile (SAFe) knowledge
A university degree (bachelor as minimum)
Excellent skills both in written and spoken English
