Delivery Manager

My name is Agnė Sokienė, and I am proudly heading Enterprise Enablement team within Telia IT. The Enterprise Enablement focus on HR & IT Services consolidation across the countries while keeping evolving and maintaining quality across our installed base. Strong engagement with our business stakeholders and partners will be key to secure best in class performances. As we continue forward, we are now going to recruit a Delivery Manager, for the area responsible for managing and controlling development, delivery, maintenance and operations of the HR IT service, there main solution is built on Workday platform.

Your next opportunity?

As Delivery manager you are a manager for the HR IT tools, responsible for delivering expected results according to the stakeholders requirements, defined targets, applying technology governance and vision. Furthermore:

·         Support Service manager to ensure IT service compliance

·         Act as SCRUM master for the team in order to esure that best SAFe practices are being applied and followed

·         Ensure HR systems lIfecycle management (LCM) and coordinate required IT consolidation activities

·         Drive transformation agenda in accordance to target architecture

·         Focus on continues improvement of the service, that will value IT & business

Your experience:
 

For this position, we are looking for someone with Business and IT experience in the areas relevant for the position, with business acumen and good understanding of the strategic and tactical issues within the IT-services sector. You can manage complex environments and proactively respond to issues in an innovative yet structured approach and integrity. Furthermore, you need:

·         Change Management experience

·         Good understanding of IT  technologies (functional and architectural structure of IT systems)

·         Ability to manage complex environments and proactively respond to issues in an innovative yet structured approach and integrity

·         ITIL and Agile knowledge

·         Workday platform experience (optional)

·         A university degree (bachelor as minimum)

·         Excellent skills both in written and spoken English
