Demand and Supply planner

• Control of Monthly Business Planning process adherence;
• Preparation of long and short term demand plan, follow up on its execution;
• Cooperation with commercial functions
• Communication with producers regarding supply plan;
• Stock policies determination, negotiations with producers ;
• Organization and participation in planning meetings;
• Preparation and analysis of demand and supply planning reports;
• Analysis of demand and supply planning KPIs;
• Handling products' database, master data;
• Update of the demand plan in the system.

• Preferable 1.5-2 years’ experience in demand or sales planning, business analytics in FMCG sector;
• Insight with strong analytical skills & ability to convince;
• Strong learning abilities;
• Data analysis experience;
• Excellent planning and organizational skills;
• Understanding of business, sales and marketing processes would be highly valued;
• Experience in supply planning would be preference;
• Resilient and positive with challenges, open-minded;
• Initiative, pro-active, ambitious and self-motivated;
• Well mastered in Excel, PowerPoint; SAP knowledge would be an advantage;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• University degree.
