Telia is continuing its journey to boost business agility with implementing new way of developing products and services. We are excited to see how implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) helps us to build transparency, visibility and increasing delivery quality. Therefore, we are looking for a Demand Coordinator to enrich our CCO Office.
My name is Gintarė Grigaitė and I am leading Office that servers for Commercial Consumer and Enterprise Officers (CCO’s). Our team is formed form curious and ambitious experts that help dreams come truth. And now we are looking for a person that would join us and help to implement structure in how Telia Lietuva synchronize, prioritize and decompose development demand.
Your next challenge?
I want to offer you an opportunity to become a trusted liaison among business owners and delivery teams that need to agree on most important initiatives. Moreover, you would step in to support decentralized decision making, demand and program execution, organize lean portfolio management events (e.g. portfolio sync, demand reviews, delivery pre-planning events), foster operational excellence.
This role is similar to what could be described as Agile Program Management in SAFe (https://www.scaledagileframework.com/lean-portfolio-management/). Good news is that these activities would be covered by cross-functional team instead of one person.
Who are you?
You are s-p-e-c-i-a-l. Because you know how to make two kids happy when there is only one toy to play with. And you know how to make them do daily routines that bring lots of benefits but tends to be a bit boring when repeated. I bet that you also:
- are collaborative,
- can transcend your ego to reach common goals,
- adjust plans and maintain the course when unexpected situations occur.
And probably your experience:
- is built from portfolio management, scrum, RTE, product ownership or cross-functional team management,
- started at least 5 years ago,
- was shaped working with cross-culture teams.

Working in this position you will receive a base salary starting at 2200 - 3400 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
