Job Description

Negotiate prices and conditions
Prepare long-term contracts and timetables with suppliers of services to meet customer requirements
update and communicate with the production department and customers to deliver the materials at the right time, in the right quantity and quality
Organize and monitor the activities of the department in order to increase the efficiency of team members and to meet time requirements of production on
schedule, budget and business strategy
Design and prepare concepts to bring optimal solutions in material flow, inventory levels while respecting budgetary expenditure
Organize internal logistics within the warehouse management
Participate in the development of new products in collaboration with the department of sales, product management, engineering and quality
Monitor, analyse and report trends in prices of purchased key components, as well as the selling prices of finished products
Work with finance team to create a budget for each cost expenses
Prepare reports for company management
Revision ISO procedures of the department.
Make suggestions for improvement

Requirements

At least 3 years work practice in similar position
Legislation on procurement, logistics and accounting
University high degree, focusing on economics
Communication and negotiation skills
Responsibility, time management skills
Active English language
Other language (Russian, Slovak, German) is an advantage
Active driving license
