Destination Specialist/Sales Representative

Firebird Tours now hiring sales team members. We are an international travel company that specializes on premium travel packages and work with customers from US, Canada, Australia, etc.

In Russia, our sister company has been named as best tour operator for incoming travel. We don't' have cold calling and only work with real clients. Entry level pay for our Vilnius sales team is 800 Eur/month. Performance-based monthly bonus will be offered to successful candidates upon completion of training

On the job training will be provided during trial period. Time in training/trial will be paid at half the rate (400 euro/month), training duration is 3 months. Upon completion of training, successful candidates will be offered positions that reflect their skill level.

Salary

1000-1500 after tax rates
Depends on results
Prospect of increasing.
