Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Development Team Leader to help us to grow a new team in Lithuania. The ideal candidate will have top notch technical skills, excellent communication skills, and will be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver product features with the right functionality and quality, on time and on budget
- Help manage and execute roadmaps in coordination with the international Trackforce teams
- Ensure the delivery of high quality, future-proof, robust, scalable, and carefully reviewed code
- Take active part in the engineering management team, to continuously grow and optimize the developers pool
- Communicate extensively with the international teams
- Manage the Lithuanian team’s work, including planning optimization, task prioritisation, and engineering resources management.
Requirements
- Development background in JavaScript frameworks (Node.JS, AngularJS, etc)
- At least 10 years of hands-on development experience
- At least 5 years of managing/mentoring developers and teams.
- Agile mindset
- Great analytical and problem solving skills
- Exceptional technical knowledge and versatility
- Demonstrable written and spoken English proficiency
