My name is Mindaugas Raugalė, Head of IT infrastructure tools & applications (part of IT service management) located in Vilnius. Me with my DevOps engineers team we are responsible for IT Service management tools: IT Monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios), Logging (Graylog, Elastic), Security (CyberArk, openVAS), IT CMDB&Discovery (BMC Products, Device42) and some other stuff. Right now we are looking for DevOps engineer to join my super SMART team to provide best IT infrastructure tooling services and develop future solutions.

You are independent, trustworthy team player with IT infrastructure understanding, automation knowledge and strong ownership characteristics. You will build solutions for our customers, so challenges are your daily routine and you really want to show the example how IT should be managed in our wide infrastructure full of complexity. Best practice is a natural part of your thinking. If you are solution driven with an analytical mindset, also interested in technologies and want to touch your hands-on market leader solutions – this is the place for YOU!
Your personality:
- Excellent communication, team-working skills
- Fast learning skills and ability to go step by step with technology news and best practices
- Keeping up speed and high standards in changing IT environment
- Strong in automation field and having the ability to build IT platforms
- Analytical skills and your courage to change way of working and apply new rules
- Outstanding IT ownership skills
Your experience:
- Background in IT Infrastructure, Unix/Windows systems, databases, network, virtualization infrastructure, and other IT areas
- Experience in IT Monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios), Logging (Graylog, Elastic) , IT Security (CyberArk, openVAS) or IT CMDB&Discovery solutions
- Scripting skills for data mining and task automation in one of the following languages: Python (primary), PowerShell, Perl, SQL, bash
- Experience in API integration
- Experience in CMDB products would be an advantage
- Fundamentals of ITIL
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written)
