DevOps Engineer

In this role you will:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain reusable GitLab CI/CD pipeline components to automate the deployment process, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of applications.
• Help implementing and support containerization solution for LD ecosystem. Manage and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes; best practices for cluster management, security, and monitoring; strategies to ensure high availability and performance.
• Develop automation scripts and tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure high availability and performance of the infrastructure.
• Work closely with development teams, architects’ team and infrastructure team to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Implement and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure using best practices for security, cost-efficiency and performance.
• Provide best practices for implementations of Kubernetes platform to development and management teams.

• At least 2 years of experience in a DevOps role, with experience of managing Kubernetes Platform.
• Strong experience for managing containerized applications using Docker, Podman and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of networking concepts, and Linux system administration.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
• Proficient in creating and managing GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding security best practices.
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Apply strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues within the Kubernetes environments and Tanzu services, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations.
