I am Aurelija Milčė and I am leading Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team at Telia Company. We are a great group of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team. We are looking for a motivated DevOps engineer to join our team.
Your next challenge?
In this position, you will join our international team of professionals in creating modern ECM solutions for our stakeholders and customers. Activities include but are not limited to development and configuration of new features, consolidation of existing systems as well as continuous support and improvement of current ECM landscape for all Nordic & Baltic countries. We have a skilled team with tens of years of combined experience in the field, all working towards a common goal in their respective areas of expertise. We handle both operational duties as well as the development of our platforms using ITIL & SAFe methods.
Telia’s ECM service currently mainly based on OpenText & Microsoft products with some custom solutions to add more fun to the landscape.
Ongoing complexity analysis with the aim to introduce most efficient way of handling content for Telia will involve You into interesting and fulfilling work with visible results and benefits for the whole Telia Company.
Who are you?
As DevOps engineer you will be part of ECM team that develop, maintain, optimize, consolidate content management products but also provide support to stakeholders. You will participate and make an impact on the whole development cycle – starting from initial analysis and requirement gathering, to development and maintenance. It is a great opportunity to use your best ideas to find great solutions that meet both business and technical needs.
Your Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in application development: front-end, back-end, integrations
Developer experience is needed (preferable Java)
Experience with Linux and Windows server administration is needed
Experience with DB and data transformation is needed
Understanding of CI/CD would be an advantage
Experience in agile & development methods and practices, i.e. Scrum, SAFe would be an advantage
Experience in developing APIs before (mainly Rest API but more may come later) would be an advantage
English language is required

We offer a monthly base salary from 3186 to 4778 Eur/month (salary gross) plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results. Additionally, each Telia Global Services Lithuania employee receives additional employee benefits package which includes:
