I am Milda Maslauskaitė and I am leading the Digital Technology and Business Change program. We in Digital & Analytics team are a great bunch of people, dedicated to enabling the gold standard Digital and Analytics capabilities for our Customers and Business.  We are currently looking for a Digital Communication lead to join our Digital team.
 

Your next challenge?

Be part of Telia’s digital transformation journey. Enable Digital change in line with the business strategy by working closely with Business & Technology stakeholders. Manage and deliver the Digital Communication plan. Responsibilities listed below:

  • Support the Business stakeholders and Program or Project managers in developing and delivering on a Digital Change plan;
  • Manage, maintain and deliver on the Digital communication plan;
  • Develop Digital communication content;
  • Working with the stakeholders across the organisation to align on the Digital communication requirements, content and plan;
  • Keep up with the pulse of the Digital development roadmaps to identify Change management (e.g. Communication to a specific function or the entire organisation) requirements;

You are passionate about new technologies, new ideas and new ways of thinking in Digital transformation.

Your personality:

  • Passionate about all things Digital – Digital Marketing, User experience, Digital channels, Customer experience, Analytics and the list goes on;
  • Great communicator (visual, written and verbal);
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented individual with the ability to drive and implement change in complex business organizations;
  • Visionary and has leadership skills to be able to lead, influence and partner with teams across the organization to drive new strategy and ensure end-to-end implementation

Your Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Change Management and/or Communication roles;
  • Experience in launching new Digital products, changing Digital customer experiences, with positive results and end-to-end ownership
  • Management of stakeholders across multiple functions and layers of organisation
  • Familiarity with Project Management practices;
  • Familiarity with Software and Systems Development Lifecycle;
