Digital Engineer

Growing Littelfuse Global IT, Analytics & Master Data department is looking for Digital Engineer to join newly formed team in Kaunas and accelerate Robotics Process Automation and Analytics cross-functionally, support business by providing the required capabilities of turning data into actionable insights and applying science to predict and model future outcomes. In this role you will collaborate with different business units to understand company needs and devise possible solutions.

About the job:

• Extract information from various sources and analyze to understand how the business performs
• Design, build, deploy and maintain Robotic Process Automations (RPA) with multi-application touch points
• Present Artificial Intelligence (AI)/ Machine Learning (ML) outcomes to business via visualizations
• Research and learn new and diverse set of technologies (RPA, Virtual Reality etc.) and identify potential use cases
• Running machine learning tests and experiments, develop machine learning applications according to requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, programming, statistics, business analysis or other computer science curriculum course which includes quantitative analysis
• At least 1 year of similar job experience
• Experience with Python/R is a must; experience with C#/.NET/Java is a plus
• Working knowledge of Big Data, AI, ML technologies
• Good understanding of data ETL process
• High level of communication skills in English - written and verbal
• Team player with ability to work in cross-cultural environment
• Self-starter with strong learning capabilities and a data-oriented personality

Beneficial skills:

• Working experience with relational databases and NoSQL
• Experience with Tableau or MS- BI stack; developing, deploying and maintaining ML models and algorithms
• Experience with team collaboration tools such as Jira, GitHub, Confluence, or Microsoft Teams.

• Salary from 1350 eur/mon gross, excluding bonus based on performance. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
