The role principally spans offline and online media management.We are looking for an energetic, creative, and well-organized digital campaign manager to join our media management team. The Digital Growth Manager will manage the day-to-day online project planning, tracking and coordination of traffic team, optimisation of the campaigns, work with brand managers, and other departments to ensure that all online projects are properly planned, tracked and scheduled.To be successful, the Digital Growth Manager manager will exhibit smart thinking that reflects client objectives, attention to detail and timeliness, be proactive and have a get-it-done attitude, and be able to effectively interface with all agency departments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Work with external/internal teams and clients to define requirements for assigned online projectsTranslate client online assignments into meaningful and insightful briefs, build effective plansOptimise digital campaignsWork with planners, designers, writers, developers and other client services teams to ideate and develop concepts for projects and accountsLead budget planning and reconciliations, competitive monitoring, research/planning as neededHelp develop, edit, and polish event presentations, client decks, and new business proposals

Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics, computer science or related field is preferred1 - 2 years marketing or advertising experienceAbility to manage a project from concept to production while working under strict deadlines and ability to deliver on those deadlinesA strong analytical, strategic, conceptual and creative thinkerProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointMust be detail oriented and self-starterStrong organizational skillsAbility to work well under pressure and multi-taskHigh energy with the ability to take direction, work independently but also as a team playerExcellent written and oral communication skills
