Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to plan and execute search, paid social, mobile, and email marketing campaigns, other digital marketing activities, and track the effectiveness of key marketing initiatives. In this position, you will work independently and as part of a team with content creators, designers, developers, various department representatives, Paysera Network partners and regional marketing managers across 7 countries.

What you will do:

• plan and execute various digital marketing activities: search, paid social, mobile, and email marketing campaigns, and others, as required;
• deliver digital marketing performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders;
• analyse and report on key campaign metrics with an eye on continuous improvement and best practices;
• optimise search tactics to reach target audiences;
• work with HQ and regional marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and best practice sharing;
• develop, plan, and report on technical and off-site SEO, and support the delivery of on-site SEO;
• take part in the corporate website redesign process;
• contribute to the marketing automation process building.

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably with a digital agency;
• knowledge of digital marketing practices and tools (SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Ads, - Google Tag Manager, Mailerlite, etc.);
• experience in managing and analysing online marketing campaigns including paid search, email, affiliate, display, and social;
• knowledge of how segmentation is applied in practice within data-driven marketing environments;
• strong sense of commitment and superior attention to detail;
• proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
• ability to coordinate and execute tasks in a highly dynamic environment;
• have a customer-focused, analytical, and entrepreneurial attitude;
