We are looking for an experienced Digital content Designer who is willing to apply his/her talent to visual shaping of the brand and communications. You will become an essential part of ambitious and innovative Digital marketing team. I am Andrius Samuolis and I am leading this team.
You will be supported by highly professional team of specialists who are experts in their area and will help to deliver best online communication.
Your next challenge?
Your main responsibilities are to support marketing team with material adoption in different mediums. Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points. (Design of digital material for internal and external communication: Newsletters, banners, web pages.) Manage and produce digital design work.

You will have responsibility for covering different online initiatives for different segments (B2C, B2B). Also, collaborate with both internal and external resources: business, marketing, product owners, web designers, user experience specialists, and others.

Your personality:
- Understand online communication principles
- Are pro-active and have result-oriented creative thinking
- Could operate effectively in a large, complex, matrix organizational structure
Your experience:
- Diploma in design, (digital and some of graphic design, or related field)
- 2+ years successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or inhouse Web team for a product-driven business
- Experience in web marketing/web design with a knowledge of Photoshop, web design and development principles (html knowledge would be considered as advantage)
- Have worked with A/B testing, email marketing
- Creating solution to business problems through effective design.
