We are currently looking for direct marketing manager to be responsible for end-to-end execution of B2C direct marketing (telemarketing, direct messages and self-service). I am Vaidotas Juknys and I am leading Customer Lifecycle Management team here at Telia Lietuva. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.
Your next challenge?
Your main responsibility will to be to manage communication pipeline to existing customer base across all direct marketing channels - telemarketing, email, SMS and self-service. This requires close collaboration with Service Owners, Business Insights, Sales Channels and Marketing to execute direct marketing campaigns and prioritize between them based on profitability, market conditions and available resources.
Additionally, you will lead improvements of existing communication tools with the goal to streamline the process, create new triggers and centralize all communication. This will require close collaboration with Products and IT.
