Job Description

• Creating cost and labor proposals on the requests received in the Request Management Tool
  
• Working closely with different Infrastructure and Applications Teams to expedite the requests
  
• Working closely with the technical teams to gather the input needed for the proposals
  
• Working with the Project Delivery team to ensure smooth transition of the requests to projects
  
• Differentiating between catalogue/non-catalogue requests and taking proper action on the non-catalogue ones
  
• Communicating with end users and management teams from the customer's side
  
• Attending calls with the customer to provide the latest status of the pending requests
  
• Working closely with people from different countries and understanding their requirements
  
• Having the overview of all work, follow the progress and highlight alert situations
  
• Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing customer's issues and complaints
  
• Escalating the held-up requests to appropriate service groups if necessary

Requirements

• Strong speaking/writing skills of English language.
  
• Strong communication skills.
  
• Strong IT skills / equivalent experience in IT field.
  
• Must have good working knowledge on MS Office.
  
• Excellent customer handling skills.
  
• Good listening skills.
  
• Should be able to understand different organization cultures easily.
  
• Should have basic knowledge on finance.
  
• Ability to work in a team and as an individual.
  
• Quick orientation and decision-making in stressful situations.
  
• Responsibility for the final result.
