Job Description

Position Summary: The Division Manager will oversee the management of Accounts Receivable Division in Kaunas, Lithuania. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling all activities related to processing accounts. In particular, the position will ensure that customer quality and productivity expectations are both understood and being exceeded. The positions will report to the Emergency Department Director.


  • Plan, organize, coordinate and control division responsibilities.
  • Establish and monitor division objectives by gathering and analyzing operations information.
  • Organize resources to achieve efficiency and quality objectives.
  • Directly supervise quality of workflow and provide mentoring to division management team.
  • Oversee training of new and existing staff.
  • Lead the design and documentation of operational processes and tools.
  • Complete various projects as assigned by management.
  • Communicate trends and opportunities for improvement to management.
  • Perform human resource duties as needed, including employee recruiting and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with all company confidentiality policies including patient information, client information and team member information encountered while performing job duties.
  • Understand, support, enforce and comply with company policies, procedures and Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct.
  • Display a positive attitude as well as professional, polite, considerate and courteous conduct and treatment of others in the course of duties.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management or closely related field.
  • Bilingual Lithuanian and English.
  • At least one year management experience.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of management principles.
  • The ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner.
  • The ability to demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Flexible to handle unexpected daily challenges.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
