Maintain daily operations of the finance organization responsible for the accounting of
the companies within division
Implement policies, procedures and routines in the team
Supervise, coach and develop department’s team
Develop and follow-up management information system in terms of KPI’s, initiatives
and reports
Contribute to the management and closely cooperate with Business Partners of the
divisions and Corporate Management
Investment management
G/L account management
G/L postings, recurring entries
Intercompany transactions and reconciliations
Monetary revaluations
Calculations of inventory provisions and write offs
Cash management and forecasting
VAT reporting/preparation, statutory reporting/preparation, corporate tax
returns/preparation
Foreign VAT collection/data preparation
Other external reporting/data preparation
Administration of authority audits
Preparation of the budgets
Management reporting
Payroll transactions recording and payments
General system support
Data preparation and participating in other finance projects
Insurance management administration
At least 5 years of professional experience in finance or/and audit
University degree in finance and/or economics
Strong business understanding
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office applications and accounting software)
Fluent in English (oral and written)
