We are looking for online product owner to join our #online sales team!

Main Responsibilities:
• You will own one of the Telia’s online channels and be responsible for #strategy, priorities, growth, development, support;
• Will be also leading and responsible for online campaign management, development and successful #conversion rate;
• You will indicate and address to any of the business and customers’ needs in order to ensure successful company's online channels development;
• Will need to plan, monitor and manage work stream of a project, budget and scope to ensure that all goals and objectives are #delivered on time;
• You will be #guru of users' online behaviour analysis with various tools and finding ways how to transform that findings for better user experience, conversions, etc.;
• Every day you will #collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders: business, web designers, user experience specialists, developers, analysts.

Successful candidate should be:
• Having experience in working with online projects’ development;
• Experienced in being a #leader in project management;
• Understanding online consumer and #e-commerce trends;
• Facilitating communication between the business owners, #technology owners, and supporting teams;
• Pro-active and result-oriented thinking;
• Operating effectively in a large, #complex, matrix organizational structure;
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian (both written and verbal).
