Right now, we are looking for e-commerce product owner to join our Digital team.
I am Paulius Stoškus and I am leading Digital Team. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build E-commerce vision in close cooperation with stakeholders
- Communicate and advocate the product vision
- Collaborate with customers, business leaders, IT leaders and create the product roadmap
- Analyse current solutions/processes and identify improvement opportunities that increase efficiencies and effectiveness
- Collaborate with other Product Owners to prioritize technical and feature development for each product release and ensure all inter-team dependencies are accounted for
- Research and analyse the market and competitors
- Clearly articulate product vision, ensuring effective execution.
- An ability to define user stories, translate business requirements into technical stories
- Analyse and report on the impact of feature launches to organizational goals and KPIs
Successful candidate should be:
- 3+ years of IT Business Development or Business Analysis
- Strong understanding of project management lifecycle, business processes, and technology components
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
- Having experience in working with e-commerce projects’ development.
- Understanding online consumer and e-commerce trends.
- Facilitating communication between the business owners, technology owners, and supporting teams.
- Pro-active and result-oriented thinking.
- Operating effectively in a large, complex, matrix organizational structure.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).

Working in this position you will receive a base salary starting at 2600 - 4000 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
