E-commerce Strategy Manager

Get ready to

• Work with one of the physical Kilo Health products
• Create proven strategies that will make your sales scale to its potential customers
• Build, monitor and analyze the marketing funnel, optimizing to increase yield, lower acquisition costs and maximize conversion, profitability, and life-time value
• Lead strategy, scale and execute our e-commerce marketplace including overall UX, conversion funnel, analytics, third party integrations and QA
• Stay on top of new techniques, strategies, and change tests for better results and campaign successes

We expect you to 

• Have performance marketing experience (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
• Have demonstrable experience in developing efficient scaling strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects
• Have experience working in Health, Fitness or Beauty industry with B2C products (considered as a plus)
• Have solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
• Be a leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
• Have the desire to innovate
• Don't reach conclusions based solely on your gut, but consistently substantiate your decisions through data and statistics. You turn hunches into actionable, testable hypotheses
• Be someone who takes calculated risks within your comfort zone and embraces the responsibility
