E-Learning developer

Learning must be fun – that’s our mission. We work on very complex topics, mostly in Production, Quality Control, and Process Development. Learning in this environment requires deep understanding and the ability to explain difficult things in a simple fashion. We need fun people, who are very smart, ready to grow, – and able to work with our great team. All our projects require a high degree of perfectionism, creativity, humor, and the will to make it happen hands-on. With us you will:

• Work in partnership with experienced consultants around the world identifying learning needs and developing e-learnings;
• Create scripts, storyboards for interactive and entertaining e-Learning content;
• Create learning materials with case studies and exercises in fun and entertaining ways;
• Design and implement the eLearning solutions into our e-platform;
• Talk to clients and customize e-Learnings according to the specific needs and contents of our global clients;
• Manage our eLearnings.

You will succeed with us if you

• Are a creative, smart, and humorous person;
• Have a talent for storytelling;
• Are hands-on and able to make things happen;
• Are Alumni in the Natural and Social Sciences or Engineering, having seen manufacturing companies from the inside;
• Have a profound knowledge and understanding of English.
