Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or early years setting.
Understanding of play-based, inquiry-based and/or Reggio Emilia-inspired learning approaches.
Experience supporting children with diverse learning and language needs is an advantage.
Fluent in English (knowledge of another language would be an additional benefit).
Ability to safely lift, assist and support young children with daily physical, toileting and self-care needs.
Strong interpersonal, collaborative and organizational skills.
