Electrical Works Manager

• Performing construction-assembly electrical works on a contract basis,
• Coordinating and allocating jobs in the facility assigned,
• Planning needs in the areas of labour and means of production,
• Defining the quality criteria for performing tasks as well as coordinating and executing them,
• Analysing agreed solutions with regard to their adequacy, and, in justified cases, triggering implementation of replacement solutions,
• Maintaining direct control over the quality of works performed,
• Controlling the proper organisation, OSH conditions and the fire safety of works performed.

• Higher or secondary technical education (an electrician or a power engineer, supported by broad experience),
• Electrician certification E and D, preferably for all kinds of voltages,
• 5 years of proven experience in overseeing the implementation of large, industrial electrical power installation in EPC projects (power industry),
• Mobility (business trips), flexibility,
• Very good knowledge of English (C1 level), ability to read specifications and smoothly communicate during meetings,
• Polish will be an advantage,
• Lithuanian will be an advantage,
• Proficient computer skills (Excel, Norma, MsProject),
• Good organisation of your work as well as the work of your team and subcontractors,
• Place of work and residence in Lithuania.
