Job Description

Electronics Engineer – Matlab Simulink / dSPACE, Coventry, UK, 30-35.000 GBP

We are currently looking for and experienced Matlab Simulink engineer in order to support every aspect of hardware in the loop development. This process involves test planning, design verification methods writing, test platform creation and maintenance, DTC logging and snapshot data validation. The test system development takes place in electrical laboratories using dSPACE based HIL system as well as on test rigs and prototype vehicles.


Technical Skills/Experience required:
- University degree in Electrical or Software Engineering.
- Knowledge of modelling and simulation techniques using HIL.
- Expertise in Matlab Simulink / dSPACE.
- Good practical knowledge of electronic components.
- Knowledge of electrical or optical networks/BUS-systems.
- Automotive related experience would be advantageous.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible approach to work and ability to deliver work at a professional level.
- Motivation to learn and to face challenges.
- Strong interest in automotive is absolutely essential.
