The solutions are used globally by security professionals, border control officers, healthcare providers, industrial personnel, environmental scientists, and emergency responders to prevent radiation hazards. Our team consists of leading experts and scientists in radiation detection. We combine expertise in physics with industrial knowledge to create cutting-edge radiation detection devices and dosimeters.

About the Role. Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented Embedded Hardware/Firmware Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be involved in the full product development cycle, from concept and design to testing, production support, and modernization of existing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and development of analog and digital electronic circuits and hardware systems.
  • Development of embedded software for microcontrollers.
  • Creation of test procedures, software tools, and methodologies for verification and validation of electronic modules.
  • Conducting research, laboratory testing, and product evaluation.
  • Participation in the preparation of technical specifications, user manuals, and other engineering documentation.
  • Maintenance, support, and enhancement of legacy products and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in electronic hardware and/or embedded systems development, preferably within the instrumentation, industrial electronics, or similar industries.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
  • Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design and modern electronic components.
  • Experience in the development of mixed-signal (analog and digital) electronic devices.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming, including firmware development for microcontrollers.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Conversational Belarusian/Ukrainian/Russian skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with analog and digital circuit simulation tools (e.g., PSpice or similar).
  • Experience with FPGA-based system development.
  • Experience in the design of ultra-low-power electronic devices.
  • Knowledge of nuclear physics
  • Conversational English skills.
