Employee Expenses Accounting Associate, Group Accounting

Vinted’s Finance team is in charge of producing transparent, high-quality financial accounts, as well as contributing towards sustainable operations and company growth.

We are looking for an Accounting Associate in the Employee Expenses team who will specialize in the primary accounting data input and communication with our internal and external stakeholders.

• Be responsible for the accounts payable accounting for employee related expenses across multiple countries
• Be responsible for the employee expense reimbursement management
• Ensure expenses are accurately allocated to an appropriate expense account
• Ensure tax (VAT, CIT, PIT) compliance for the assigned area
• Ensure compliance with the company's key accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Manage accounting archives
• Be helping with other accounting routines and financial management tasks
• Participate in IT tools implementation and process improvement initiatives
• Work closely with the accounting team, vendors, and other finance team members

• Willing to learn new things
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
• Ready to commit, own and create
• Passionate about numbers
• Attentive to detail
• Understand basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
• Have a higher degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Accounting
• Proficient user of MS Excel
