Job Description

Managing Inbound calls and messages from English speaking international clients and partners to resolve easy to complex issues via the phone or emails
Replying to emails and FB/LinkedIn/Twitter messages
Working with Intercom Chat and internal CRM systems
Navigating different online IT tools and browsers to provide accurate information and follow set processes
Supporting your teammates and colleagues with peer to peer learning and constructive feedback to encourage a positive working environment
Most importantly, always ensuring a high level of customer service that will make anyone smile.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills
Written and oral fluency in English
A positive, motivated mindset that will help you deal with some tricky customer problems
Intermediate IT Skills (web browsing, multi-window navigation, Excel, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint)
Desire to work in a team-based, fast-pace, international environment where you will need to embrace different cultures, nationalities and languages.
