Job Description

Enterprise Mobility Engineer has extensive technical of creating and maintaining enterprise mobility management platform and implementing BYOD policy. This involves design and maintain components such mobile enterprise management servers, self-service portal and integration connector with corporate mail systems, PKI infrastructure, SharePoint infrastructure and Active Directory. Responsibility also covers creation, testing and verification of MDM profiles and mobile applications for different mobile devices platforms.

The Enterprise Mobility Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the solutions are consistent with business and IT strategies and security requirements.


  • Provide technical and Level 3 operational support for mobility and Mobile Device Management.
  • Participate in maintaining and development of Technical Roadmap for Enterprise Mobility and BYOD.
  • Support testing, set up, registration of mobile equipment including smartphones and tablets running on iOS, Android, Windows.
  • Create and update documentation and user guides for supported devices.
  • Participate actively in collecting business requirements, developing holistic solutions and implementations of projects.
  • Independently facilitating and performing analyses as dictated by needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with IT Service Desk, IT Operations and Wireless Network teams to ensure proactive system maintenance, users support and SLA compliance.
  • Provide support within other related areas e.g. ‘Communication and Collaborations tools’ and ‘Telephony and Contact Centre’


  • Minimum 2 years of working experience with client or device management system administration.
  • Experience with new technology implementation projects..
  • Documented 2+ years of experience managing and/or distributing software in an enterprise (mobile application management and distributing would be an advantage)
  • Basic knowledge about software development and programming languages (CSS, JS, HTML, .NET, PowerShell)
  • Experience managing and supporting iOS and Android devices
  • Experience or knowledge about Microsoft 2008/2012 server, Exchange, Active Directory, SQL, Linux and VMware ESX environment
  • Experience in testing, pilots, deployment & operational support and maintenance
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management systems (Citrix XenMobile would be an advantage)
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills are very helpful
