ERP Implementation Supply Chain Business Lead

Main area of responsibility:
• Maintain Business and IT Teams successful #cooperation and communication within ERP implementation project;
• Ensure that Supply Chain processes and functional requirements are successfully #implemented in a new systems‘ landscape in an efficient and reliable manner;
• Ensure required level of information visibility, control as well as automation;
• Make sure that implemented solutions are good quality and going forward will be easily adjustable to new business needs.

What needs to be done:
• #Lead Team of business process owners and other experts joined together for ERP project purpose;
• Be able to #designate project tasks to be delivered by business team; or grasp requests coming to business, define task scope, plan business efforts and resources, help team to understand what and how needs to be done, ensure result quality;
• Gather, #prioritise, follow up on business requirements to ensure implementation within agreed scope;
• Delegate tasks for assigned project team, ensure delivery in a timely manner, escalate risks if necessary;
• Follow agreed „way-of-working“ and propose improvements when necessary;
• Cooperate closely with IT Tem Delivery Lead and ERP Project Manager for project planning purpose;
• Maintain good partnership with IT delivery Team, make sure IT and Business are „on the same page“.

Competences:
• Over 5 years of #experience as a Supply Chain business lead or Project lead for business process and system support implementation;
• Supply chain processes and related IT development vision, commercial & communication skills;
• #Analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly;
• Ability to see big picture and deliver it by pieces;
• Project #Management and Team Management experience;
• Ability to define and present business priorities in a constructive and argumented manner;
• ERP implementation, Organisation Change Management, Agile way-of-working experience would be an advantage.
